Does The Bible Mention Trangenderism?

Many people like to say the bible mentions transgenderism. But if you ever look into it, you will conclude that transgenderism can not be found in scripture. Even though it mentions nothing about transgenderism, we see scripture talk a lot about sexuality.  Genesis 1:27 mentions the male and female as the two and only two genders. Since there have been only two genders since creation, the closest description of what is considered transgender would be a feminine male and a masculine female. These attributes of man did play a role in the sin of homosexuality, and interesting enough, the Greek word that means "Male prostitution" stands for "effeminate men."

Genesis 1:27  So God created man in his image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

We also see the Bible speak on Homosexuality

Romans 1:18-32 18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them because God has made it simple to them. 20 For since the world's creation, God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile, and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22
Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal human beings, birds, animals, and reptiles.
24
Therefore, God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for degrading their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie. They worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26
Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way, the men abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men and received the due penalty for their errors.
28
Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with wickedness, greed, and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant, and boastful; invent ways of doing evil; disobey their parents; 31 have no understanding, fidelity, love, or mercy. 32 Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

1 Corinthians  6:9-10
9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the
sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

A close reference to transgenderism can be found in scriptures like Deuteronomy 22:5.

Deuteronomy 22:5 A woman must not wear men's clothing, nor a man wears women's clothing, for the Lord, your God detests anyone who does this.

So back to the question. What about transgenderism? Biblically speaking, all verses on sexuality and gender must still be applied fully and correctly on this topic. Does the transgender require themselves to undergo a forced change that isn't natural to change identity? If yes, why would it be considered natural causes or evolution if the changes are unrealistic? Does the transgender also wear clothes or express feelings towards the same gender that would be considered unnatural? Are you trusting what you think rather than seeing the natural order of things and following it?

These questions should be asked not only by a Christian but also by anyone who is searching for the truth. But the most significant thing about a fact is that it doesn't always confirm what we want to hear, but the truth will set you free.
